bugs bunny crazy castle NES megamix
I always thought this was some original Looney Tunes music when I was a kid. Turns out Hiroyuki Masuno is a genius and was able to capture of the essence of Bugs Bunny and pals perfectly even though it wasn't even a meant to be a Looney Tunes games to begin with.
The game was actually Roger Rabbit in Japan. Same thing, different characters. Masuno not only composed the melodies but developed the sound driver, which means he's responsible for getting the most out of the tones, and you can definately hear it once you've played a few Kemco games like Deja Vu, Snoopy Silly Sports Spectacular, and even Spy Vs. Spy.
The music in the pipe rooms is totally boss. In fact, I bet it was originally intended to be music for a boss stage. Too bad Crazy Castle doesn't have any. By the way, doesn't it look like Bugs Bunny is pooping out a boxing glove? Har har.
I can not for the life of me figure out how this castle is configured. Like why have a bunch of stairs leading to dead ends and empty mezzanines? Someone please explain in the comments section and also let us know: Which Sylvester is your favorite color? Would you have liked to see Speedy Gonzales or Pepe Le Pew too?
