F1 2018
F1 2018 add ones new course, an ERS deployment system, and better data gathering during practice programs, but it doesn't warrent another purchase if you already have F1 2017.
There's also some more classic cars and interview questions between rounds. They're corny and annoying and make me want to smack someone (mainly the reporter). I remember reading somewhere this was Fernando Alonso's idea. I'm glad they sped up the R&D process, and the way they streamlined earning development points in practice programs mixes things up for the better. But you wanna know what fans really need to keep buying F1 games? More circuits.
I get that they aren't in the official 2018 season / licensing / blah blah blah but spare me I don't care. We can't be playing the same courses season after season like this. We need more tracks, less reporters, and maybe even a VR mode. Whatever happened to the classic circuits? Remember F1 2013 had Imola, Jerez, Estoril, and Brands Hatch. Don't forget India, Korea, and the now absent grand prix of Malaysia. So start there, and then add like 5 more. F1 World Grand Prix for Nintendo 64 had some make-believe Hawaiian Volcano track if my memories serves correctly. This needs to be made a top priority in contract negotiations going forward.
