I really like how I bought Tetris Effect for $30 (on sale from $40) and then a free version called Tetris 99 gets released on Nintendo Switch. At least both of them are pretty good, but only one deserves the attention to strap a television to my face.

Part of what you're paying for when you buy Tetris Effect is the soundtrack by Hydelic, which is nothing short of phenomenal. If you're a fan of electronic music and trippy visuals this is the Tetris for you.

There a few new features like zoning and it's playable up to 4K. The effects mode is a collection of different challenges and there's more milage than first meets the eye. Can someone please explain how to S-ranks on the sprint challenge? Christ.
